Role Overview
- Act as the primary administrator for GoHighLevel, ensuring data integrity, workflow automation, and seamless lead management.
- Coordinate tasks across multiple business functions, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and all deadlines are met.
- Manage professional correspondence via phone, email, and messaging platforms with a clear, articulate, and friendly demeanor.
- Support outreach efforts across LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, and Apollo to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Manage basic website updates via GoDaddy and create high-quality presentations and documents using Gamma and Microsoft Office.
- Utilize ChatGPT, Claude, and AI voice agents to summarize research, spark content ideas, and optimize daily workflows.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in current systems and suggest AI-driven solutions to improve team productivity.
Requirements
- Advanced hands-on experience with GHL is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- A professional phone voice and superior written English skills for client-facing interactions.
- Regular experience using AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance work quality and speed.
- A highly structured approach to work with a focus on follow-up discipline and multi-tasking.
- Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, FB, IG, TikTok).
- A self-directed work ethic with the ability to anticipate needs before they are explicitly stated.
- Experience with UMA phone systems and routing.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools like Cleverly or Feedbird.
- Background in managing GoDaddy website content.
- Experience setting up or managing AI Voice Agents.
