Design and develop instructional materials using instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning methods
Create engaging learning interventions that support project goals and improve performance outcomes
Incorporate adult learning principles, best practices, and real-world scenarios into training materials
Write clear, concise, and effective instructional content for a variety of audiences
Develop and submit course deliverables including storyboards, design documents, instructor guides, and participant materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop learning solutions
Ensure all learning materials meet project expectations and quality standards
Support innovative and creative approaches to employee learning and development

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, English, Sociology, or related field required
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Experience using instructional design software and learning tools preferred
Master’s degree in a related field preferred
Two years of instructional design and development experience preferred
Two years of teaching or training experience preferred
