About this role
Role Overview
Manage a book of Personal Lines including High net-worth/Private Client insurance business
Provide professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues
Provides a high level of support to Producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business
Responsible for account rounding and the development of new business when appropriate
Make decisions on books of insurance business
Work closely with Producers and other HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal
Oversee the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts
Acquire understanding of clients’ insurance objectives and analyze insurance plans for suitability
Stay abreast of changes in the insurance industry and make appropriate recommendations to clients
Act as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve escalated complex service issues
May negotiate with underwriters and carriers
Troubleshoot claims and billing issues
Responsible for overall retention of accounts
Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads
Identify cross-selling opportunities
Manage and conduct client meetings when necessary
Document conversations with clients and carrier representatives and update HUB computer systems
Ensure accuracy of data in systems
Travel on company business as required
Prepare reports for management as required
Attend industry related continuing education training and courses
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
Superior customer service and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work a regular, full-time work schedule at HUB’s facility(s) and ability to travel on business when required.
Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Required Education: High school or equivalent
