Prospect, develop, and close net-new business opportunities across agencies, brands, and strategic partners
Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities focused on Digital Media, Programmatic, DSP, CTV, audience targeting, and data-driven activation solutions
Own the full sales cycle from outreach and relationship development through proposal creation, negotiation, and closing
Generate and manage a personal book of business while identifying long-term revenue growth opportunities
Sell consultatively by aligning Stirista’s DSP, ESP, CTV, email, identity, and audience solutions to client KPIs and marketing objectives
Develop strategic relationships with agency leadership, media buyers, CMOs, performance marketers, and key decision-makers
Work cross-functionally with Client Services, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to deliver successful campaigns and client outcomes
Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and pipeline reporting within Salesforce
Stay ahead of trends across AdTech, Programmatic Media, CTV, Retail Media, Identity, Data, and Omnichannel Marketing
Represent Stirista at industry events, client meetings, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Proven success in Digital Media, AdTech, Programmatic, DSP, CTV, Data, SaaS, and/or Agency-focused B2B sales
Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
Experience building and managing a meaningful book of business and consistently exceeding revenue goals
Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic media buying, audience targeting, attribution, and data-driven activation
Existing relationships within agencies, brands, trading desks, media organizations, or marketing technology companies strongly preferred
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Ability to navigate complex organizations and multi-stakeholder sales processes
Experience selling into SMB, mid-market, and enterprise-level accounts
Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and related sales tools
Willingness to travel as needed.
