Develops and executes communication strategies that strengthen the company’s brand, engage employees, and inform key stakeholders
Ensures consistent, accurate, and timely messaging aligned with the company’s goals, values, and strategic priorities
Works closely with international teams across multiple regions to coordinate communications activities
Initiates and contributes to internal and external communications initiatives
Gathers feedback and insights from regional team and provides regular updates
Develops, produces, and manages content across multiple channels
Plans, coordinates, and supports internal and external events
Assists with media relations activities by managing media inquiries
Oversees relationships with external vendors and agencies

Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field or in a related field
Strong business acumen, interpersonal, leadership and negotiations skills
Highly organized, creative, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Strong written, verbal and digital communication skills
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication, including LinkedIn, Staffbase and analytic tools
Exceptional ability to write and communicate clearly and concisely translating complex topics into compelling, digestible stories.
