Implement and maintain best-in-class structured processes and quality gates for our frontend code base.
Collaborate with end users to define and enhance user experiences and develop new features for osapiens and our customers.
Oversee the maintenance of the toolchain and test environment, driving continuous improvement in both areas.
Ensure code quality and architectural integrity, fostering best practices throughout the development process.
Guiding fellow engineers, possibility to grow into a lead position and driving best practices team-wide.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Developer with a strong focus on ReactJS, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
Demonstrated ability to improve UI codebases through the implementation of patterns and guidelines.
Excellent communication skills in English (C1). German is a bonus (B1+).
