Assisting new clients with the Firm’s digital onboarding process, including client intake, gathering & review of documents, and ensuring successful completion of client onboarding
Utilizing the Firm’s Salesforce CRM software in performing client-support tasks
Meeting high-quality performance requirements and goals for all tasks and responsibilities
Reviewing client documents for completeness and uploading to the Firm’s client management system
Following up with clients as needed to complete their onboarding
Other related tasks as instructed by the Firm’s attorneys
Requirements
Sales or other customer-facing experience is preferred, including experience in a consulting role or financial services in call center environment
Self-motivated worker with a solid work ethic and competitive drive
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Strong attention to detail
Proven responsibility and reliability
Bi-lingual is not necessary but is a plus (e.g., Spanish)
