Lead application product testing across multiple platforms, including Open Source K8s, RHEL OpenShift and Public Clouds (AWS, Google, Azure).
Contribute to test automation efforts using Robot Framework, Python, and Selenium, including script writing, failure analysis and debugging.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans, scenario analysis and test cases for Scale & Performance, Robustness areas.
Build working relationships with Product Management, Architecture, Development and Project Management teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Initiate and contribute to performance improvement initiatives, ensuring that the application products meet performance benchmarks.
Stay at the forefront of new technologies, including Microservices, Kubernetes, SDN/NFV, and Cloud solutions, to continuously improve testing practices and solutions.
Drive product quality by identifying testing improvements and focusing on the overall software development and testing lifecycles.
Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering stream between 8 to 14 years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Robot Framework, Python, Jmeter and Selenium for writing test scripts and analyzing automation failures.
Experience in Open Source Kubernetes, RHEL OpenShift, Public Clouds (AWS, Google, Azure), and containerized environments.
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools and techniques to ensure the scalability and efficiency of applications.
Extensive experience in application product E2E system testing within Networking, EMS/NMS, and Telecom domains.
Good experience in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana)
Familiarity with key Telecom technologies including SNMP, Netconf/Yang, SDN/NFV, FCAPS, and Microservices.
Understanding of security testing methodologies and the ability to identify vulnerabilities in cloud-based applications.
Deeper knowledge of telecom protocols and network management practices for better test scenario creation and execution
