Role Overview
- Responsible for delivering financial services including managing payments to IFM suppliers
- Calculating monthly expense accrual, revenue accrual, and period close
- Coordinating JLL Client billings in a timely and accurate manner
- Reviewing the billing template from the site team with supporting documents
- Managing bank balance and reviewing Open AP highlighting payment schedule list
- Assisting with variance reporting compilation for APAC
- Month-end checklist review
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting
- Good command of spoken and written English
- AP/AR/GL and Data Analysis experience in finance across APAC will be a plus
- Excel-based reporting will be advantageous
