Manage spot purchasing processes for materials and services to meet project demands.
Receive, review and process high volumes of purchase requisitions.
Conduct quotations, negotiate and perform commercial equalizations with suppliers.
Support the definition of the best procurement strategy, considering lead time, cost, quality and fulfillment of the requested scope.
Monitor the full cycle of requisitions, from the initial request to purchase order issuance.
Interact with requesting departments, suppliers and the client's internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with agreed deadlines and the client's purchasing policies.
Maintain up-to-date controls on request statuses, outstanding items, priorities and deliveries.
Operate with a sense of urgency, organization and the ability to prioritize in a high-demand environment.
Remote with availability for occasional visits to the office in Rio de Janeiro (RJ).

Previous experience in Purchasing, Supply or Procurement.
Experience with contracting spot materials and services.
Ability to handle high volumes of requisitions and multiple simultaneous demands.
Experience negotiating with suppliers.
Knowledge of quotation processes, proposal equalization and purchase order issuance/monitoring.
Good communication, organizational skills and a collaborative profile.
Availability to work in a hybrid model in the Pinheiros, São Paulo (SP) area.
