This person will analyze, apply critical thinking, conceive, propose, design, and implement the optimal journey for the end customer, always focusing on the most critical problems and maintaining constant dialogue with peers (Project Managers, Developers, and Business Areas).
Will work on studying and applying specific language, which varies per client and product, for conversational interfaces within the UX design workflow, interacting with clients, business teams, and technical teams.
Design and propose interface architecture according to Mutant Methodology and market best practices.
Develop functional prototypes: Sample Dialogs, Wireframes, etc.
Will be involved in validation and monitoring of interface development alongside peers.
Presentations for internal and external clients, benchmarking, heuristic evaluations, etc.
Conduct usability testing, focus groups, etc.
Functional specifications for the interface.
Prepare reports based on evaluations, diagnostics, research and usability tests, and detailed reports of customer navigation and other monitoring KPIs.
Requirements
University degree in Letters, Communications (Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing), Design, User Experience Design, Social Sciences, Architecture, Psychology, Radio and TV, or related fields.
Knowledge of AI tools (proficiency is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Figma, Miro, Visio, or similar tools.
