Role Overview
Support Lamb Weston’s HR technologies with functional and configuration expertise
Partner with the HR Service Center and HR COE’s to develop, design and streamline processes
Ensure deliverables meet organizational objectives and align with HR strategies
Act as the technical expert for HR COE(s) and HR Service Center and assist with project tasks
Responsible for HR technology configuration to support global/local enhancements or change requests
Build reports and dashboards with HR Service Center to drive self-service
Manage reporting accuracy by reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling relevant data
Mentor team members on the HRIS team through sharing skill sets and knowledge
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/training/experience in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field, required
Workday Certification is preferred
A minimum of five (5) years of Workday experience with three (3) years specific to the assigned Workday module(s) of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT), experience in Benefits is a PLUS
