Previous experience in administrative tasks, marketing, communications, or related areas
Organized profile with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and discipline in task execution
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and track requests
Proactive attitude and interest in continuous learning
Basic English for reading and understanding requests
Knowledge of spreadsheets and tools for organizing and tracking activities
