You lead end‑to‑end compliance investigations – from intake through to conclusion and reporting
Sensitive and complex cases are handled by you with integrity, discretion and sound judgement
In close collaboration with international stakeholders, you ensure aligned and fair outcomes
Evidence is analyzed, interviews are conducted and clear, compelling investigation reports are created by you
Together with Legal, HR and Internal Audit, you drive consistent and compliant resolutions
You identify trends, strengthen preventive measures and actively support training, awareness and knowledge sharing within the team

A degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Audit or a related field
Several years of experience in investigations, compliance, legal or audit, including managing complex, cross‑border cases
Strong analytical thinking combined with the ability to understand complex interdependencies and the bigger picture
Clear and confident communication skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders across different levels and cultures
Business fluent English and German; additional language skills in Spanish or Italian are a strong advantage.
