As a Senior Specialist in Compliance Investigations, you will play a central role in strengthening integrity, transparency, and trust across our global organization.
You will lead complex investigations independently and actively contribute to fostering an open speak-up culture within an international environment.
You will manage end-to-end compliance investigations — from initial intake through final assessment and reporting.
You will handle sensitive and complex matters with high professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
In close collaboration with international stakeholders, you will ensure fair and consistent outcomes.
You will analyze evidence, conduct interviews, and produce structured and persuasive investigation reports.
In cooperation with Legal, HR, and Internal Audit, you will drive consistent and compliant resolutions.
You will also identify trends, further develop prevention measures, and support training, awareness initiatives, and knowledge transfer within the team.
Requirements
You hold a degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Audit, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in compliance, investigations, legal, or audit roles — including managing complex international investigations — is required.
You are able to manage multiple topics in parallel and remain confident in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of complex interrelationships underscore your profile.
You demonstrate clear communication skills and a confident presence with diverse stakeholders.
High integrity and a professional approach to handling sensitive matters are a matter of course for you.
Fluent English and German are required; additional languages such as Spanish or Italian are an advantage.
