Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of marketing experience
including experience with university programs, recruitment, or college admissions as well as managing people (preferred)
Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel B2C marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion against defined KPIs
Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging business, competitive, and industry insights to inform integrated campaigns and optimize performance
Demonstrated ability to establish clear metrics, define testing and learning agendas, and translate results into actionable recommendations
Skilled in managing complex, multi-faceted campaigns and projects end-to-end—delivering high-quality work on time, on budget, and across multiple workstreams
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent marketing strategies, influence stakeholders, and guide internal and external partners, including agencies
Direct and collaborate with third-party agencies on creative and content for marketing campaigns
