Lead the design and delivery of database engineering solutions for mission-critical platforms
Perform applications database administration services including SQL code review, performance analysis, and database application design
Lead proof of concept efforts to evaluate and enable new technology solutions
Establish database standards for operations, upgrades, migrations and onboarding new applications and/or clients
Write clear, concise, well organized technical documentation

15 years of deep experience in Oracle database technologies
5 years of cloud experience
3 years of database performance experience on additional platforms
5 years of experience with distributed replication technologies
Experience with cloud database platforms; AWS, Azure, or Oracle OCI certification is a plus
Deep domain expertise in Oracle internals, optimizer behavior, statistics management, partitioning, physical implementation, and workload management
Advanced skills in query performance tuning and optimization
Strong Linux shell scripting skills
Strong understanding of Oracle RAC performance challenges
Proven ability to work effectively in team environments
