Role Overview
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on robotic systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and controls-related issues
- Execute upgrades, retrofits, and engineering changes
- Document findings and collect data to support root cause analysis
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Remote Support teams
- Build strong relationships with customer site personnel
- Help improve reliability, serviceability, and customer uptime
Requirements
- Experience maintaining robotics, automation equipment, industrial machinery, AGVs, AMRs, conveyors, packaging equipment, or similar systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing professionalism
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
