Role Overview
Leading Problem Management processes, including conducting Root Cause Analysis for all major problems.
Providing strong leadership to meet agreed service levels and adhere to relevant procedures.
Building trusted relationships with customers and Datacom teams.
Leading planning workshops with technical delivery teams to identify and resolve technical problems.
Understanding customer requirements and assessing solutioning options for stakeholders.
Requirements
Requires Australian Citizenship and Eligibility to obtain a NV1 Clearance.
Detailed understanding of a wide range of technologies.
At least 5 years’ experience in a Problem Manager Role or similar.
Experience in an IT managed service environment.
Solid understanding of ITIL Foundation.
