Creates and maintains all artifacts in standard Origami PM toolkit.
Identifies and manages potential scope creep / out-of-scope.
Works with Client Success Managers to ensure the necessary resources are allocated to the project.
Works with Implementation Leads to ensure all deliverables have been assigned to a team member.
Maintains implementation related data in Salesforce.
Assists team with coordinating and scheduling meetings, both internal and external.
Prepares and presents applicable client / project status reports, such as implementation status reports, executive steering committee reports, etc.
Identifies potential expanded sales opportunities and notifies / coordinates with account management team on pursuing.
Supports account management team in presenting and negotiating pricing and Statement of Work for change orders/expanded scope to client.

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems or business-related field
3+ years of previous technical project management experience for Project Manager
Previous system replacement and/or integration project management experience required
Previous experience working with business and technical executives to outline and executive against strategic roadmaps required
Previous stakeholder and vendor management experience in a project environment preferred
JavaScript, XML, SQL experience preferred
Insurance industry experience preferred
