About this role
Role Overview
Manage, build and scale customer references for HPE’s Hybrid Cloud business.
Serve as a trusted partner between product marketing, sales, and other HPE stakeholders.
Identify, develop, and amplify customer stories that enhance market credibility and support growth.
Establish CAR as a strategic partner for storytelling, campaign impact, and market influence.
Requirements
BA or BS in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field.
7+ years of experience in customer advocacy, references, or customer marketing programs.
Proven experience in program management / PMO leadership across complex organizations.
Strong track record of developing customer stories and reference pipelines.
Experience working with product marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage agencies and external partners.
