Role Overview
- Proactively execute integrated sales and relationship strategies
- Obtain new and grow existing commercial relationships
- Develop new business with complex credit needs
- Maximize opportunities for growth through new business
- Facilitate larger transactions
- Train and develop less experienced Relationship Managers
- Gather financial information and explain offered products and services
- Negotiate loan agreements and finalize sales
- Develop a clear retention plan for deposits and loans
Requirements
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years related experience
- In-depth understanding of commercial industry
- Proven business development track record
- Excellent credit and financial analysis skills
- Refined negotiation skills
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven PC skills
- Demonstrated experience in Commercial & Industrial, Divestitures, Mergers & Acquisition loans
- Demonstrated experience in syndicated loans
