Requirements

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in account management, client support, or content operations is a plus
