Role Overview
- Assist customers in implementing best practices within implementation / post-implementation programs
- Stay informed about best practices in the Pharmacovigilance field
- Design solutions and configure changes that meet customer needs
- Collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
- Assist in the development of thought leadership materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields
- 3+ years of consulting experience
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong background in Life Sciences
- Solid understanding of technologies used in Pharmacovigilance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel as required by the business.
- Direct experience with Argus and/or other drug safety applications preferred.
