Lead the development, coordination, and rollout of enablement programs for new products and strategic initiatives.
Create, refine, and manage sales playbooks, presentations, SOPs, job aids, Confluence resources, and other collateral that support client-facing teams.
Design and coordinate foundational training, ongoing upskilling initiatives, and certification programs.
Identify and surface the right tools, resources, and collateral at the right time.
Conduct market research, gather stakeholder and customer feedback, and regularly observe team interactions to understand challenges, opportunities, and emerging needs.
Contribute to the Sales Enablement roadmap, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement initiatives that increase productivity, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Sales, Customer Solutions, Sales Enablement, Account Management, Program Management, Adult Learning, Education, or related roles, ideally within technology industries
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 10%.
