Reporting directly to the University Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Serve as a deputy for the CIO with a foundation in strategic leadership
Oversee all IT services provided by WashU IT to the academic and administrative business units
Enable IT and digital transformation programs through engagement with university strategic plans
Develop, communicate and actively promote overall WashU IT business/technology plans
Collaborate to develop and maintain a strategic plan supporting university's strategy for digital transformation
Align the organization's application and information strategy with overall business strategy
Engage with key stakeholders to promote and grow the adoption of technology initiatives
Oversee planning and execution of strategic and critical tactical projects
Build and oversee the AVC and executive directors for assigned organization
Cultivate a culture of personal responsibility and accountability
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
