Provides end-to-end operational leadership for DSNP products
Ensures regulatory compliance, scalability, and readiness across markets
Owns operational execution for DSNP benefit configuration, eligibility, enrollment
Partners closely with Product, IT, Compliance, Clinical teams to translate DSNP strategy
Oversees operational impacts of CMS guidance, state requirements, and dual integration models
Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Establishes and monitors KPIs, SLAs, and operational risk indicators related to DSNP performance
Manages team supporting operational oversight of vendor delegated for supplemental Food/OTC/Flex cards

Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science or related field required
Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
Seven (7) years DSNP Product Experience required
Five (5) years Working with CMS and State Requirements required
Five (5) years Leading DSNP Operational Initiatives required
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Experience working in project management software is required.
Deep understanding of project management processes, techniques and tools, and development lifecycle (ideally Agile)
Strong experience in the healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare
