About this role

Lead dynamic, full-funnel B2B marketing and advertising campaigns across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire
Own campaign execution – From planning and content development to managing external agencies and internal teams
Drive results – Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and vendor partnerships to deliver measurable success
Collaborate & innovate – Work closely with digital, PR, creative, and customer service teams
Foster and manage relationships with trade allies to promote energy efficiency initiatives
Stay ahead of industry trends and translate technical information into engaging content
Travel occasionally (about 10%) to see firsthand the difference your work is making in the industry

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sustainability, or relevant degree
Minimum of three years of product marketing experience
Strong understanding of energy efficiency and decarbonization solutions
Strong time and project management skills
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to successfully engage, influence, and inspire partners
Proficient/expert-level use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
