Role Overview

- The Operations Manager within our LEZO site is responsible for managing: Pre-press. Production. Maintenance. Continuous Improvement. Engineering and CAPEX. Warehouse (indoor logistics).
- Main priorities are: Compliance with company/plant policies e procedures. Alignment with plant objectives and customer requirements. Focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and supervision.
- Experience in packaging is an advantage but not a pre-requisite for the role.
- Experience of successfully managing significant change / transformation projects within a manufacturing environment.
- First-hand experience of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.
- Degree in a science, technology or engineering subject preferred, advanced degree advantageous.
- Knowledge of: Production machines, tools and related process control equipment.
- Infrastructure and installations (electric power, gas distribution, HVAC, compressed air,,…).
- Energy management, Shop floor systems.
- Safety and environmental regulation (Spain, EU).
