Role Overview
- Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls educating and answering questions regarding customers' warranties
- Simplify the complex world of automotive warranties
- Anticipate customer needs and evolve self-service options
- Provide world-class customer service
- Effectively manage customer conflict in a fast-paced call center environment
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus
- Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing is preferred
