Role Overview
Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls educating and answering questions regarding customers' warranties
Simplify the complex world of automotive warranties
Anticipate customer needs and evolve self-service options
Provide world-class customer service
Effectively manage customer conflict in a fast-paced call center environment
Requirements
High School diploma required
Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
3+ years of experience working in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus
Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing is preferred
