About this role
Role Overview
- Diagnose, triage, and resolve production issues impacting live hiring events
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts or performance degradation
- Partner with Client Support and GTM teams to resolve high-priority tickets
- Debug cross-system issues across backend services, frontend apps, and integrations
- Ensure SLA adherence for issue resolution and platform stability
- Maintain and update event logic as system dependencies evolve
- Support platform integrations, migrations, and architecture updates
- Contribute to build, release, and deployment processes
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience for Mid-Level
- 5+ years for Senior-level with leadership capability
- Core Stack Backend: Java + Spring Boot, Python (Django)
- Frontend: React
- Messaging: Kafka
- APIs: GraphQL
- Databases: SQL and/or MongoDB
- Build and deployment experience
- Strong debugging and production troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work across distributed systems and integrations
