Manage and grow the portfolio of assignments in the industrial sector
Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of our consultants' assignments at partner client sites
Ensure client satisfaction and recommend adjustments or improvements as needed
Ensure project profitability and compliance with financial objectives
Develop and retain a client portfolio within your sector of activity
Identify new assignment opportunities and propose solutions tailored to client needs
Actively contribute to defining and implementing the company's commercial strategy
Participate in the recruitment process in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
Degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent
Proven experience in portfolio management and business development
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
Knowledge of technical or consulting environments is a plus
