Create clear and impactful data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
Mentor junior associates on analytical methods and best practices.
Ensure adherence to data governance, quality standards, and coding/testing protocols.

Option 1
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Option 2
Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Option 3
5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
Proficiency in Python and R programming languages for code development, testing, and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of statistical methods, exploratory data analysis, and advanced analytical modeling techniques.
Expertise in data visualization tools and best practices to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Ability to identify, assess, and select appropriate data sources and ensure data quality and governance compliance.
Experience deploying and scaling analytical models in production environments with attention to performance and sustainability.
Solid understanding of business context and ability to translate requirements into actionable data-driven solutions.
