About this role
Role Overview
- Support the development and continuous improvement of IT activities
- Work alongside the IT Manager covering full operational IT remit
- Spans IT project delivery, digital solution deployment on Microsoft 365
- Utilize native Microsoft 365 tools and/or Python for process automation
- Handle day-to-day incidents and common application issues
- Manage relationships with IT suppliers and service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering
- 6 to 7 years' IT experience spanning both solution development and project management
- Proven, hands-on experience across Microsoft 365 / Office 365 ecosystem
- On-site support & device management (L1/L2)
- IT project management
- Vendor management
- IT security & Group policy compliance
- Comfortable writing and optimising SQL queries; working knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL Server
- Fluent in French & technical English
