Oversee the technical architecture of the Oracle Fusion Financials suite
Lead the strategy for Oracle’s quarterly update cycles
Manage a team of Oracle Functional Analysts and Technical Developers
Partner with the Data Engineering team to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle Fusion and ancillary systems
Direct the development of advanced reporting

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance
MBA or CPA is a significant plus
10+ years in ERP management
at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud
Proven track record of leading at least two global, full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
Expert-level understanding of GL, FAH, Cash Management, AGIS, AP, and AR modules
Familiarity with FBDI, ADFDI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and SOAP/REST APIs as they relate to financial data
