Define and manage product roadmap
Build, groom and prioritize the product backlog
Manage the sprint planning process and participate in all relevant ceremonies
Develop a deep contextual understanding of our customer, worker and user needs
Gather market feedback through user interactions, focus groups, and by performing industry research
Write detailed functional specifications, user stories and product documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, designers and analysts
Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally with key stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or other Related Degree
Minimum 4 years related work experience
In lieu of Bachelor’s degree(s) AND 4 year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 8 year(s) related work experience
Certified SCRUM Product Owner
4 or more years working in the electric utility industry
Experience as a Product Analyst
Experience with new product development and stakeholder engagement
Experience with Jira
Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards action.
Understanding of the SDLC process and the ability to work in an agile environment with bi-weekly releases.
