Role Overview
- Support day-to-day application operations at a customer location
- Serve as the first line of technical support during standard business hours
- Work closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams
- Triage and resolve application-related issues
- Focus on operational support, incident handling, service request fulfillment
- Document troubleshooting steps and operational activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in application support, IT operations, or similar technical environment
- Hands-on familiarity with Linux environments
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Exposure to scripting or automation concepts preferred
- Familiarity with monitoring or log analysis tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of ITIL or service management concepts is beneficial.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Professional communication skills in a customer-facing environment
- Foundational troubleshooting skills for software and application issues
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced operational environment
- Team-oriented mindset with collaboration skills
