4+ years of consulting experience in water resource management, impact assessment, and permitting
B.S. or M.S. in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
Strong team-building and influencing skills
High integrity and confidence to address complex client needs
Deep familiarity with regulatory drivers in the diversified energy, technology, and mining sectors
Broad knowledge of impact assessment best practices
High level of technical competence
Recognized technical expertise and established reputation with relevant regulatory agencies
Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
