Post Secondary education in Business Administration, Procurement or Finance
Minimum 3-years experience in strategic sourcing principles and P2P processes
Ability to review and interpret binding contracts, negotiate terms and conditions and analyze bids
Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required
