Own delivery of complex, multi‑tower modernization programs
Coordinate cross‑tower teams, delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions
Drive modernization execution across sub‑domains such as AMS, SDLC transformation, AppMod, etc.
Lead technical solution management activities including scoping and delivery readiness
Build and deliver client-facing presentations with strong content and narrative framing.
Apply Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework (KAF) to enhance modernization execution and outcomes.

5 years + proven experience leading complex, multi‑tower modernization programs
Broad modernization expertise across domains: Applications, Cloud, Mainframe, and Network & Edge
Ability to consolidate and integrate technical solutions into a cohesive modernization program
Strong hands-on capability in technical solution leadership
Strong client communication and presentation skills
Experience applying KAF, Agent Builder, and Modernization TLPs to shape and/or run modernization execution.
