Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under HGB and participation in IFRS-related matters
Execution of group consolidation including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
Analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement (P&L) items as a basis for management decisions
Central point of contact for banks, insurers, auditors and external service providers
Support for liquidity, financing and insurance topics in the course of scaling large initiatives
Further development and digitalization of accounting and consolidation processes as well as the ERP and reporting systems in use
Collaboration on tax-related issues in cooperation with external advisors

Further training as a Bilanzbuchhalter (certified balance sheet accountant) or a comparable qualification (e.g., banking or insurance specialist)
Several years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting or controlling
Solid knowledge of HGB, ideally complemented by IFRS know-how and a basic understanding of tax matters
Practical experience in group consolidation within a corporate group
Confident user of SAP or comparable ERP systems
Business-fluent German and English
Structured, analytical and self-reliant working style with a strong affinity for numbers
