About this role

Manage large and small scale manufacturing projects to support the plants and new product development
Evaluate, develop and implement manufacturing process and equipment
Lead new equipment purchase and support on-site installation
Lead cross-functional teams in implementation of new processes or significant manufacturing footprint changes
Provide support to manufacturing operations including new product introductions and cost savings analysis

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
10+ years manufacturing and/or process engineering experience
Significant experience in manufacturing process, including assembly in large scale production operations
Proven successful record of managing multiple large scale ($1 million) engineering projects
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Project and CAD programs (AutoCAD)
Ability to travel up to 50%
