About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for institutional business development in the Australia and New Zealand markets
Elevate relationships with existing clients by managing some of the firm’s most significant institutional accounts
Develop longer-term strategic plans to support sustainable growth and business diversification
Contribute to strategic projects, such as retirement, client partnerships or build new innovative solutions
Collaborate with internal teams as a trusted partner to deliver customized solutions
Serve as chief negotiator and primary point of contact on complex client issues
Mentor and guide junior team members
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
CFA qualification preferred
10+ years of relevant work experience
Deep knowledge and experience working with institutional clients in the Australian market
Solid understanding of investment products and processes, particularly across equity and fixed income markets
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach
Proven ability to manage multiple strategic and tactical projects simultaneously
