- Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and value drivers
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, packaging, and pricing
- Hire, develop, and scale a high-performing product organization
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience within the relevant industry (SaaS/software preferred)
- Strong operator who can drive execution, not just ideas
- Credible with both customers and engineers
- Must be strategic thinker who can connect market → product → revenue
- Demonstrated credibility with customers and industry leaders.
