Support schedule development and maintenance in alignment with enterprise scheduling standards and Work Breakdown Structure.
Update and revise schedules as projects progress, incorporating earned-value data and other construction tracking information under direction.
Assist in interpreting schedule performance and communicate basic issues to the Project Manager, escalating complex matters as needed.
Develop basic schedule performance indicators and provide input for reporting under supervision. This includes preparing “what-if” schedules and identify critical path elements with guidance from senior team members.
Coordinate with project team stakeholders to collect required information for accurate schedule updates.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in related field such as business, engineering, or construction.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience. Note a combination of education and experience will be considered. Without a degree, you are required to have 5 years of experience.
Aptitude and communications skills related to acting independently as a senior logistics/scheduling professional.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize workload in a fast paced and dynamic environment and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Effective interpersonal skills for successfully build relationships with employees, internal partners, vendors, and service providers.
Knowledge of Primavera, P6 software.
