Integrate and consolidate HR data from multiple sources and systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility for advanced analysis.
Perform statistical analysis, build predictive models, and develop forecasting for key areas.
Create and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and regular/advanced reports that transform complex datasets into clear, business-relevant insights for leadership and executives.
Translate business questions from stakeholders into analytical projects, deliver actionable recommendations, and influence data-driven strategic decisions across the organization.
Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives in a fast-paced environment, from requirements gathering to implementation and follow-up.
Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities through predictive and diagnostic analytics, and propose interventions to improve metrics and overall talent strategy.
Collaborate closely with leaders to define KPIs, support ad-hoc requests, and continuously evolve the analytics maturity toward a fully data-driven HR function.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in HR Analytics
Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Sociology
Skills in statistical analysis, data modelling, dashboarding/visualization, and core data handling concepts
Ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions
Experience with predictive analytics and insights
Track record of successfully leading projects involving multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
English at B2+
