Lead and coordinate the information and cyber security agenda across Hultafors Group.
Work closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, architects, infrastructure teams, and external partners.
Drive and evolve the group-wide security strategy, governance model, and security roadmap.
Define, maintain, and communicate the group-wide information and cyber security strategy, vision, and roadmap.
Drive governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across the organization.
Lead the development and lifecycle management of security policies, standards, and guidelines.
Own and continuously improve the enterprise security risk framework and security maturity assessments.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and engineering teams to embed security by-design principles.
Oversee vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring capabilities.
Coordinate supplier, partner, and cloud security assessments.
Drive security awareness, training initiatives, and executive-level reporting.
Support leadership teams in prioritization and decision-making related to information and cyber security.

Several years of experience in information security, cyber security, governance or risk management.
Strong ability to operate in complex, business-oriented environments.
Experience from leading cross-functional initiatives.
Experience within several of the following areas:
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Security frameworks and security governance.
Cloud security and modern infrastructure environments.
Security operations and incident management.
Supplier and third-party security.
Security architecture and security-by-design principles.
Executive communication and stakeholder management.
Budget Management.
Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or ISO27001 considered highly valuable.
Experience from international organizations and/or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
