Provide organizational support for an efficient hiring and onboarding process
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS
TeamTailor)
Prepare interview materials, score sheets, and relevant information for hiring managers
Support candidate communications
Create and publish job postings
Support the offer process and assist with onboarding preparation
Requirements
Experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, talent acquisition support, or a comparable organizational role
Strong organizational skills and experience in scheduling, process coordination, and communication
Experience with applicant tracking systems or HR tools
Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growing company
Ability to coordinate multiple hiring processes concurrently and accurately
Very good German and good English skills
Solid basic understanding of recruiting processes and candidate experience
Nice-to-have: experience with marketing roles or marketing teams; experience with Notion; experience with LinkedIn, Personio, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or similar tools; experience with onboarding coordination
