Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives
Optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product for shelf and display using iPad Tablet
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented and maintained
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed)
Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs)
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from primary location: Hanford, CA
Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed
Schedule may change based on business needs
