About this role

Own the technical foundation that powers Epidemic Sound's enterprise business.
Lead a group of engineering managers and their teams.
Set and maintain a technical vision and roadmap for B2B Experience.
Drive adoption of agentic development practices across teams.
Own technical reliability, cost control, and delivery quality across the group.
Work closely with PMs, designers, and commercial stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Synthesize requirements from customers into technical priorities.
Represent the group in technical forums and collaborate with engineering leaders.

At least 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 in leadership roles managing managers.
Proven technical leadership at scale in a role such as Director, VP, or CTO.
Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS, including B2B dynamics, enterprise sales cycles, and procurement/security reviews.
Commercial acumen in engineering decisions affecting revenue and customer retention.
Experience driving architectural decisions for hyper-growth and global scale.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
